1/. What is your turnaround time?
Normal turn around time is 7 working days and working time begins when work arrives at the laboratory and excludes weekends and bank holidays. As a convenience to your patients we also offer Fast Track and Priority services, details of which can be obtained by calling us on our local rate number.

2/. Do I get to meet a Director of Impression Dental Laboratory?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our friendly service and approachable staff. At your request, one of our directors will make a visit to you, arranged at your convenience.

3/. Are examples of your work available for inspection?
Yes, please contact the laboratory for details.

4/. How do I pay?
We are able to accept payment by Cheque or BACS.

5/. When do I pay?
Payment is required 28 days after invoice. We are currently looking into developing a rewards program for early payments please contact us for further information.

6/. Do you deliver Nationwide?
Yes, we use a reputable courier to ensure your restorations arrive with you in a timely and secure manner. We also provide First Class pre-printed labels so that you can send jobs to us without any expense to your surgery.

7/. Do you take shades in the Dental Laboratory by appointment?
Yes, we do. In the form of an aesthetic consultation addressing patient expectations and concerns.
