All work created at Impression Dental Laboratory carry a full guarantee. This guarantee is your assurance that quality materials have been used during manufacture and that our carefully laid out procedures have been followed.

Guarantees

There are three specific periods of guarantee

Standard service 1 year
Sterling service 2 years
InVizion Restorations 5 years 

InVizion; our all porcelain system, gives a five year peace of mind guarantee whilst all other restorations in the Sterling range offer a two year guarantee. The Sterling range also comes with the Impression Dental Laboratory’s own Certificate of Authentification, this is retained by the patient and we will honour the guarantee even if the patient moves to a different practitioner.

Financial Settlement

All accounts must be settled within 28days from date of statement. We reserve the right to charge 2.5% per month on all accounts not settled within this time scale. The person issuing the prescription is held responsible for payment.

Liabilities

If, when the models are cast, we feel that the impression is not good enough to continue; we will inform you the client. Any remakes as a result of carrying on with the work will result in new charges being applied. Any work returned for remake where the shade is different to the original prescription will incur some cost.

Product Liability

Appliance are constructed to the specification supplied by the client; we cannot accept responsibility for the suitability of the specification. However, by fitting the restoration you acknowledge the product is of a quality that meets the prescription criteria.

Damage caused by physical trauma or impact is specifically excluded from these guarantees. Patients who are involved in high-risk sports etc. are advised to wear gum shield and to insure against accidental damage. We reserve the right to refuse a guarantee where we believe that the restoration may not last the guarantee period due to its particular circumstances. If instructed to continue with these cases we will do so however, in the event that the restoration fails, we will except to be paid in full for the work supplied.
